DAVID TODD
Founder, Lead Instructor
David Todd is a life-long martial artist, educator, and learner. Starting in the traditional arts at the age of 8, he quickly found that he connected to both the physical and cerebral lessons within his training. Currently the owner of Sentry Jiu-Jitsu and a second degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as fifth degree in Amercian Kenpo, David draws on the practical and useful in all arts. Known as a hard-hitting, detail oriented, scenario based instructor, his lessons are to the point and immediately useful once off the mats. David continues his own training and is currently working on achieving his black belt in Judo. You are guaranteed to learn something in his class and see how the grafting of styles comes together for a no nonsense self-preservation system.

BRETT HOOVER
Lead Instructor
Brett is an accomplished martial artist and Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Having studied under Rosendo Diaz, Brett is currently a 4th Degree Black Belt and active instructor at Sentry. He has an active competition history and offers insightful lessons on the mechanics and strategies of Jiu-Jitsu.

JACOB TODD
Lead Instructor
Jacob has been on the mats since the age of 3. A talented martial artist, he is a student of both the Jiu-Jitsu and Judo strategies which is reflected in his approach to instruction. He works to offer students a complete gameplan from takedowns, position control, and submissions. Off the mats, he is a talented stone mason and enjoys working with his hands.
