WHAT WE TEACH
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the foundation of all our classes. Judo and self-defense techniques are also emphasized.
Based on logical and natural movements, this class will be where you learn your basic warm-up exercises, stretching routines, self-defense skills, and you will be given a foundation to build upon for the rest of your Jiu-Jitsu journey.
In this class, you will also learn and practice techniques to defend yourself in realistic scenarios emphasizing, leverage, environmental awareness and the simplicity within the movements performed. Classes are organized according to focus and purpose. All levels are welcome as our team is built on the foundation of trust, integrity and family.
